The North, South and East entrances are open for access to the stadium.

Oversized bags or backpacks can be left in the storage rooms. They are located near entrance pavilions 1 (North), 3 (East) and 7 (South).

If the East and South are closed, then only the luggage room at the North entrance group is open.

The entrance to the Otkritie Bank Arena territory usually opens 2 hours before the starting whistle in the match. Arrive at the stadium early so as not to waste time in the queue at the entrance.
